Full Week Camp (Monday–Friday)

March 24–28, 2025

  • Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (3 hours daily)
  • Price: $299 (full week)
  • Per-day drop-in: $75 (available if needed)

Half-Day Sessions Available

  • Morning Session: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Afternoon Session: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (advanced level available)

Detailed Camp Curriculum

Our spring break jiu jitsu camp balances technique instruction, live rolling, conditioning, and games. Each day builds on the previous, creating a comprehensive learning experience.

Week Overview

Monday: Fundamentals & Safety

Starts with a complete introduction to BJJ safety, etiquette, and basic positions. Students learn proper falling techniques, ground awareness, and the fundamental guard and mount positions.

Tuesday: Standing & Takedowns

Focus on takedown defense, basic throws, and transitions from standing to ground. Students practice clinch work and balance breaking in a controlled, age-appropriate manner.

Wednesday: Submissions & Escapes

Students learn safe, fundamental submission techniques and defensive escapes. All submissions are age-appropriate and taught with emphasis on control and partner safety.

Thursday: Combinations & Flow

Building on earlier lessons, students practice combining techniques and improving their transition between positions. Light, controlled sparring helps them apply new skills.

Friday: Tournament Basics & Celebration

The week concludes with friendly, skill-level-appropriate matches and a celebration recognizing each student's progress. Certificates of completion are awarded.

Coach Marcus Torres — Head Coach, 15+ years BJJ experience

Coach Marcus holds a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and specializes in youth instruction. He's passionate about building confidence in young students and has trained hundreds of kids from beginner to competition levels.

What to Bring

Campers should bring:

  • Towel
